We sell Polysorbate 20 http://www.essentialwholesale.com/Polysorbate-20_3 Lavender is the most effective essential oil for bed bugs but you could mix other essential oils in to cover the aroma.

Great recipe and oh so simple! Thanks for sharing! Just stayed at a dumpy, old moldy hotel last weekend - did a few drops of lavender on the mattress. This would've been ideal. I'll be prepared next trip!
